2. Shipping Rate & Regions

USA: Free shipping on orders over $40.
- USA: Flat Rate Shipping $5 under $40 order.
3. Carriers Used
We primarily ship via USPS. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is fulfilled.
4. Delivery Times

The order cut-off time will be 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
5. Shipping Damage
If your instrument arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. Email us at contact@ecua-drip.shop
6. Order Tracking
Once your item ships then we will send you the tracking number through your order email, and then you can track your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
HILS America is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
